The constant challenge and versatility of work at Matrix makes the work enjoyable. Also, working on the fine-edge of technology is extremely satisfying, allowing you to work with things that many people are yet unaware of. This is very rewarding as you can get your hands dirty in all types of technology.

Additionally, you get to work on all aspects of the process from design all the way through limited production. You can be working on the schematic one day and be testing it the next, instead of merely sending it off to a different department and never being able to work on the end product. Getting along with the other teammates for constant collaboration is also a major plus.
