Rapid Prototyping

We'll generate Standard Template Library (STL) files to produce stereolithography (SLA) rapid prototypes out of plastic materials in one to three days to check fit and function. We'll also generate STL files for rapid prototyping of models using SLA and other techniques. You'll normally receive these plastic prototypes in one to three business days. In addition, we'll make low-cost silicone models from an SLA to produce cast urethane parts for functional prototypes and low-volume production.

Our metal workshop has grinders, cutting tools, and welding equipment. It's big enough to produce prototypes of large projects such as tractor cabs. We also have a business relationship with a full-service machine shop for one-of-a-kind prototypes with blacksmith capabilities, sheet metal shears, forming brakes, lathes, mills, presses, and other tools.
