Wyze Temp® wireless temperature sensor-Food Industry
Real-time wireless sensors that move with the product for USDA and HACCP compliance in harsh environments, hot and cold. The sensors measure the CORE TEMPERATURE OF FOOD WIRELESSLY. The sensors operate in stainless steel enclosed ovens, conveyor ovens, batch ovens, moving environments as well as open air environments. Product temperatures and trending is reported as the process is happening, without cabled wires that break or are impractical. Wyze Temp® temperature sensors work in steam, water, pressure, heat and cooling environments.
The Food Processing Industry measures internal core product temperatures during cooking cycles for product quality, yield optimization and food safety compliance. Processors and Food production facilities need a way to measure core temperatures in cooking or chilling and/or moving inside a cooking or chilling device with real-time data output as the process is happening.
Wyze Temp® real-time wireless temperature probes measure and provide the internal core temperature food monitoring throughout food processing, cooking and chilling cycles.
Meat Processors, Bakeries, and Food Production companies can measure internal product temperatures for USDA and HACCP compliance. Additionally, Wyze Temp® systems allow users to have the ability to cook products by temperature and not just time, thereby producing a higher-quality product.
We sell Food Industry sensors as an Original Equipment Manufacturer. We are interested in helping you solve your challenges, not just supplying you a sensor.

What is RFID?
RFID stand for Radio Frequency Identification, which is wireless communication through radio waves. The RFID tag used by the Wyze Scan™ system is capable of carrying 96 bits of data and is a passive RFID tag (no battery). A passive tag is only active when “read” by the RFID reader.
